Archer Capital has reportedly hired Luminis Partners to sell its Western Australia-based dairy company, Brownes Dairy, according to Fairfax Media.
Fairfax reports the milk and yoghurt manufacturer has appointed Luminis “after receiving inbound approaches, with a sale process expected to be up and running within weeks”.
Brownes collects more than 144 million litres of milk from more than 61 dairy farmers each year from farms in the south west of WA. Its products include white milk, yoghurt, flavoured milk in Kick and Chill, cream, and juice.
