Movenpick expands range

movenpick blueberry ice creamSwiss ice cream brand Mövenpick has launched a new blueberry cheesecake flavour into the foodservice category.

The new flavour is an interpretation of the original dessert with a curd ice cream enriched with blueberry ripple and chunky biscuit pieces.

Created by chefs for chefs, the Mövenpick Maîtres Glaciers have crafted their own ice cream version of an iconic dessert made with naturally sourced ingredients with no artificial additives or colours including seasonal blueberries.

The new flavour is available in 2.4L cartons at a wholesale price of $44.10 excluding GST and joins the brand’s 33-strong range of ice creams and sorbets available for wholesalers nationwide from Mövenpick†distributor, Royal CDS.

Mövenpick National marketing manager, Antje Rummel, said: “Perfect on its own, in sundaes, or as an accompaniment to desserts, the Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream offers a unique interpretation on an icon dessert while maintaining the great taste and quality at the heart of the Mövenpick brand.”
