Hudson Meats opens new store in Rose Bay

Hudson MeatsHudson Meats will soon relocate to a new store from Surry Hills to Rose Bay this October.

It is scheduled to open by the end of October and will be strategically located at the bustling shopping area on New South Head Road.

The butcher and deli is owned by Jeff Winfield and Colin Holt. The owners are proud followers of the “paddock to plate” philosophy, liaising with local farmers and sourcing regional produce for its stores.

“We have always offered our customers a shopping experience like no other. It’s a one stop shop with premium quality produce. We believe in provenance of our products, so that our customers know exactly where their food is sourced,” Holt and Winfield said.

“We have always wanted to have a store in Rose Bay and with the end of lease at Surry Hills, now was the perfect time to relocate. We’re excited about taking our specialty, premium and natural pasture-raised products, as well the amazing range of deli items and dry goods to Rose Bay.”

Customers will be able to buy fresh products such as six week grass-fed dry-aged beef, handmade sausages and Hudson Meats’ popular black berkshire leg ham.

Hudson Meats also offers hands on butchery classes, events, catering and ‘delicious’ recipe ideas.

Following the success of their first store in Surry Hills, Hudson Meats opened stores in Cammeray, Lane Cove, Mosman, Drummoyne and Toorak.

Hudson Meats now offer customers online shopping and home delivery.
