The salad bar chain also opened its first Melbourne-based Green Label store in the newly developed last week.

Lagardere Travel Retail partnered with SumoSalad in November 2015, opening the first SumoSalad Green Label store in travel retail in Sydney Airport’s Domestic T2 terminal.
SumoSalad will open a second store in Sydney Airport’s International Terminal soon, and in 2017, the company will open its first SumoSalad in Melbourne Airport T2.
