Baskin-Robbins buys into tech enabled recruitment
The national partnership will utilise geo-targeting and programmatic algorithms to partner a pool of potential employees with Baskin-Robbins stores.
The retailer is looking to expand the partnership across its network of 88 stores across the country, which will enable franchisees to access a network of more than 120,000 users.
The technologically enabled approach will help the retailer find and secure local employment, Baskin-Robbins Australia general manager Ben Flintoff says.
“Finding the right team members is so important, so having the ability to find compatible candidates in the surrounding areas so efficiently is invaluable for Baskin-Robbins and our Franchise Partners,” he said. “Using the new technology offered through Skilld will enable us to easily find local candidates for our stores across Australia.”
