Bake Mixes, Leah Itsines whip up new vegan-friendly treats

Bake MixesBake Mixes collaborated with food blogger Leah Itsines and whipped up a new limited edition Leah Itsines for Bake Mixes range.

“We approached Leah Itsines to partner with us on a protein-based range of mixes as we love her Instagram account, the recipes she shares, and the fun and realistic approach to health and wellness that she shares,” said Genevieve Le Hunt, founder, Bake Mixes.

“We had considered extending our core range with a range of protein based treat mixes previously, however this collaboration was the perfect opportunity to test the market with this limited edition range.”

The limited edition Leah Itsines for Bake Mixes range includes three delicious treat mixes that are boosted by an organic vegan protein blend. The range includes Vanilla and Choc-Chip Protein Pancake Mix; Choc-Chip & Peanut Protein Cookies Mix and Salted Caramel Protein Balls Mix.

“Choc-Chip and Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Mix is made with 100 per cent natural, whole food ingredients including almond meal, organic vegan dark chocolate chips and vegan vanilla protein,” said Itsines

Le Hunt said the new Bake Mixes flavours are vegan friendly and made from natural whole food ingredients, including organic vegan protein and organic vegan dark-chocolate chips.

“[Itsines] and Bake Mixes worked together to create flavours that [she] not only loves, but that we both knew would be easy, delicious and fail-safe for our customers to use at home,” added Le Hunt.

The Leah Itsines for Bake Mixes range is available exclusively online until April 2018 at www.bakemixes.com.au.
