The grocery chain new store will boast its largest meat selection of any Harris Farm including produce Cape Grim grass fed Tassie beef; Pialligo award winning small goods; Hazeldene’s free range RSPCA approved chickens and Valenca’s free range pork.
Sydney Fresh Seafood, which Harris Farm said was ‘overwhelmingly popular’ at its Manly, Drummoyne and recently-renovated Potts Point stores will also be stocked; as well as bread from organic sourdough bakers Infinity Bakery.
The Lindfield store will also introduce ‘Single Herd Milk On Tap’, an initiative that sees a regular rotation of different single origin milk herds made available to customers, with farmers featured receiving an additional 30 per cent return above regular milk gate prices per litre.
