Milk powder recalled due to presence of metal

milk powderProtein Supplies Australia is conducting a recall of its Lactose Free Whole Milk Powder from health food stores and online in NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS, SA and WA.

The product is being recalled due to the presence of metal which could cause injury if consumed.

The milk powder is packaged in a 1kg re-sealable pouch with a best before date of 29 December 2019.

The Protein Supplies Australia website states that the item is sourced in Finland and packed in Brisbane. The NSW food authority advises consumers not to eat this product and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
