Australian food brand Evia has created a superfood yoghurt infused with hemp seed oil that comes in three new flavours, Natural, Mango and Acai.
Hemp seed oil is extracted from cannabis plants but it doesn’t contain THC – the primary psychoactive compound that is found from the drug.
Evia’s new product range has a nutty flavoured rich green oil with omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids; protein and fibre.
The superfood yogurt can be added to salads or smoothies or just enjoyed as a snack. Hemp seed oil is high in calcium, iron, fibre, vitamin E, amino acids, fatty acids, Vitamin A and Enzymes. It is reported to boost skin, hair and nails; reduce risk of heart disease and cancer; aid in weight loss; lessen inflammation and help with better brain function.
Evia infused with Hemp Seed Oil is available from October 15 in 170g or 700g tubs at Woolworths.
