Woolworths’ Supplier of the Year Awards recognised suppliers in 23 categories. The supermarket giant awarded Australian British Foods with the Meat Supplier of the Year award; Kailis Brothers as Seafood Supplier of the Year; Perfection Fresh as Vegetable Supplier of the Year and Driscoll’s Australia as Fruit Supplier of the Year.
Lindt and Sprungli gained the Longlife Supply Partner of the Year; Bulla received the Perishables/Fresh Supply Partner of the Year and Peters Ice cream was awarded the Perishables Supplier of the Year Award. Humpty Doo Barramundi bagged the Sustainability Supplier of the Year Award for the work they are doing to improve employment situation for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the Northern Territory.
