Vinomofo makes physical retail space permanent

Online liquor store Vinomofo has decided to permanently open its urban cellar door for wine tastings, click and collect and on-the-spot sales five days a week.

Following a successful trial of its warehouse offering last year, the online wine business is expanding it for the long term.

At the urban cellar door, an in-house wine expert will guide customers on choosing the wines and allow them to experience the Vinomofo culture first hand.

Vinomofo’s CEO Justin Dry said the move to a permanent retail space enables the brand to bridge the gap between online and offline.

“The retail landscape is changing rapidly, but creating strong relationships with your community is and always will be one of the best ways to build a great business,” said Dry.

The retailer hopes its latest move will build on brand loyalty and help it to deliver value and service in an ‘on-demand’ world.
