Aussie food brands take to the stage at Gulfood

tradeshowThe world’s largest food and beverage trade show, Gulfood 2019, is kicking off this Sunday in Dubai, with 15 unique Australian food brands taking the opportunity to showcase their products on the international stage.

Food Innovation Australia Limited (FIAL) will be networking with buyers and suppliers from around the world on behalf of Aussie brands looking to export their products.

The annual tradeshow is expected to welcome over 98,000 attendees from 193 countries, with around 5,000 exhibitors across eight primary market sectors taking part.

“With the growing consuming classes around the world, Australia is well positioned to benefit from the thriving export opportunities globally,” said FIAL managing director Mirjana Prica.

“There is a strong demand for Australia’s premium food that has the reputation for being differentiated and of high quality. Gulfood is a great opportunity for Australian food and agribusinesses who are looking to dip their toe into the waters of export to grow their business.”
