Aussie company Healthy Life has launched its first private label dessert range of probiotic sorbets and a dairy-free ice cream with MGO100+ Manuka honey.
It has rolled out two gluten-free probiotic sorbets in blueberry or lemon flavours, and three ice creams including Organic Vanilla Bean, Organic Double Choc Chip.
It also created an Australian-first dairy-free ice cream Healthy Life Manuka Honey MGO 100+ and Organic Coconut Dairy Free Ice Cream.
The desserts are made with organic chocolate, vanilla seeds, coconut cream and superfoods such as blueberries and New Zealand Manuka honey.
Healthy Life chief marketing officer Simon Cheng said there was no reason why a healthier dessert option couldn’t be tasty too.
“We all want to indulge in a treat now and then, but we don’t want it to come at the cost of our health. This dessert offering has been designed to help Australians live a healthier life without having to sacrifice the things they love,” Cheng said.
“There are gluten-free and dairy-free options for the increasing number of Australians with dietary requirements and we’ve used certified organic ingredients to ensure our treats are as natural as can be.”
Healthy Life Manuka Honey MGO 100+ and Organic Coconut Dairy Free Ice Cream contains MGO 100+ New Zealand Manuka honey, which is a rich source of amino acids and essential nutrients. A Manuka with a Methylglyoxal 100+ provides health benefits including assisting digestive ailments, promoting oral health, healthy skin, boosts immunity, benefit sleep and balance blood sugar levels. Healthy Life Blueberry Sorbet and Healthy Life Lemon Sorbet contain probiotics that balances good bacteria in the digestive system.
Healthy Life’s sorbets and ice creams are sold for A$10 per 500ml tub and available exclusively at the Australian company’s stores.
