The Spice Tailor unveils Biryani range

Spice TailorFood company The Spice Tailor has unveiled a new Biryani range in Australia.

It released two new flavours of Hyderabad Biryani and Delhi Biryani at Woolworths.

The one-pot packed Biryanis can be added to local spices, meats, pulses and vegetables – making it easy to cook the time-consuming Indian dish. Biryanis originated from Central Asia and travelled to India with the Mughals.

The Spice Tailor’s easy-to-make biryanis include Basmati rice and authentic Indian ingredients. It can be prepared in 15 minutes with fresh vegetables or meat. The range is suitable for vegetarians and does not contain artificial preservatives, colourings or flavourings.

Hyderabad Biryani uses mild, fragrant spices and herbs with tangy and warming yoghurt base sauce. Meat and veggies can be added to this dish. While Delhi Biryani has fragrant spices, tomatoes and yoghurt. This is best paired with red or white meat, paneer, eggs or vegetables.

The Spice Tailor is sold at Woolworths stores nationwide for RRP A$5.50.
