The Spice Tailor creates South East Asia range

Food maker The Spice Tailor has created a new range dishes inspired by the flavours of South East Asia.

The range includes Asian spices found in cuisines from Thailand, Burma and Indonesia. The range includes Thai Massaman Curry, Thai Red and Green Curries and Indonesian Rendang.

“The world as we know it today would have been very different indeed were it not for spices. For 100s of years, spurred on by merchants and explorers, spices have played a pivotal role in the history of most – if not all – world cuisines. Today, when we mix two cuisines together, we call it ‘fusion.’ In reality though, all cuisine is a fusion of global food cultures, influenced by centuries of travel, exploration and migration,” said The Spice Tailor.

The new range doesn’t contain artificial preservatives, colourings or flavourings and are suitable for vegetarians. The Spice Tailor is available in Woolworths for RRP A$5.99.
