The Australian dollar has fallen Wednesday, buying 69.23 US cents from 69.52 US cents on Tuesday.
Yesterday, the local currency was pinned near key support levels as local economic news disappointed and markets reconsidered the need for drastic policy easing in the United States.
The Aussie dollar had edged down to 69.57 US cents on Tuesday and threatened a bearish break of a chart bulwark at 69.56 US cents.
