The Australian dollar has risen Monday, buying 70.20 US cents from 70.00 US on Friday.
Last Friday morning, the local currency was unchanged against the dollar, buying at 69.74 US cents.
On Thursday, it rose, trading at 69.65 US cents from 69.16 US cents on Wednesday.
