Aqualove expands range with antioxidant water

Drinks company Aqualove Water has released a new antioxidant alkaline water at Coles and Caltex, expanding its range of products which include the original Aqualove Water and the Multivitamin alkaline water which will be sold in Caltex from October.

Aqualove founders, Ricky Herbert and Garrett Jandegian, said the latest alkaline water was two years in the making, as it was difficult with the added flavours and minerals to maintain the high pH level of 9-10.

“Our intention with the new Aqualove Antioxidant Alkaline Water was to expand on our initial alkaline line but add a new and exciting healthy spin that no one had created before,” said Herbert.

“The functional beverage space is growing rapidly and consumers want more than just a good tasting beverage, they want something that is beneficial for their health too. We believe that our new functional range will appeal to a broader range of consumers who may not be educated yet on the benefits of high pH water but are looking for a great tasting beverage with added health benefits.”

The new alkaline water is available in mixed berries flavour. It contains selenium, vitamin D and vitamin E.

Aqualove works with Biosphere to create packaging that is degradable in three to five years. All bottles and caps are produced locally in the same factory as the water and bottling to reduce the carbon footprint

Aqualove initially launched its original water range in Woolworths in 2017, after its success in the US.
