Tasmanian brand Love Your Guts has created a new range of fermented foods and Water Kefir – Kombucha.
Love Your Guts Co produced Water Kefir, Sauerkraut and Kimchi in various flavours and locally sourced from Quioba in Tasmania.
Fermentation master Caleb Robertson makes the new food products in small batches, without artificial flavours and dilution. He started as a natural therapist before deciding to produce fermented foods in the market.
There are five Water Kefir flavours and three Sauerkraut and Kimchi flavours. Love Your Guts Water Kefir contains live crystal cultures, called “grains”, which has organic sugar and fruits that are fermented in Tasmanian spring water from Mole Creek.
Kefir culture ferments the sugars into a fizzy drink with less sugar. It contains probiotics, digestive enzymes, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. The gluten free and vegan-friendly beverage also contains tryptophan that boosts serotonin.
Love Your Guts Water Kefir new flavours are Lemon, Elderflower, Raspberry and Mint, Strawberry and Basil, and Passionfruit. While Sauerkraut comes in Fennel and Native Pepper, and Beetroot and Ginger flavours. The Kimchi is in Daikon Radish and Turmeric flavour.
Love Your Guts products are available in grocers, supermarkets, health food stores, restaurants and cafes.
