The Fry Family Food Co. has unveiled a new
Kasha instant breakfast cereal.
Kasha contains superfoods such as moringa, cinnamon and chia seeds and is available in two flavours Cacao and Vanilla & Chia.
The family-owned business wanted to create a product that helps make the change to a plant-based diet easier, convenient and sustainable.
“We wanted to up the ante a notch or two, all the while continuing to keep things plant-based, nutritious and tasty,” Tammy Fry, director of Fry Family Food, said.
“Made from only the best that nature has to offer and with an ingredient list you can understand, Kasha is a product very close to our family’s heart.”
Kasha is 100 per cent vegan, free from chemicals, cholesterol free and low in sugar.
