Coca-Cola Amatil non executive director Julie Coates is retiring from the Board on November 29, after her appointment last month to the chief executive role at industrial business CSR Limited.
Amatil chairman Ilana Atlas said in a statement that Coates has been an asset to the Board since she joined in early 2018.
“The Board has benefitted from Julie’s outstanding expertise in retail and FMCG operations, her experience in establishing motivated and highly successful teams, and her skills in managing change. We thank her for her commitment to Amatil over these last two years and wish her well in her role at CSR,” Atlas said.
Amatil is currently finalising plans for Coates’ replacement which will be announced before the year ends.
