Allen’s launches raspberry bites following pop-up success

Australian confectionery brand Allen’s is introducing a new chocolate raspberry product, off the back of its success at a recent pop-up store.

Allen’s Mini Chocolate Raspberries combines the brand’s popular raspberry lollies with a milk chocolate coating, and was the bestselling product at the retail activation.

As a result, the Allen’s team decided to introduce the bite-sized treats to Woolworths stores nationwide and they will be rolled out to Coles and independent stores by the end of February.

“Allen’s raspberries have been a fan favourite for decades and we are very excited to launch a new chocolate twist on this iconic Allen’s lolly,” Nestlé head of marketing confectionery Joyce Tan said. 

“We are confident that Allen’s Mini Chocolate Raspberries will be a stellar product within our portfolio, taking consumers on a delicious tastebud journey.”

The latest product contains no artificial colours or flavours and is gluten free.

It will launch alongside the new Milkybar Cookie Bites and KitKat Snak, making it “the biggest chocolate bags launch for Nestlé in recent years”, Tan revealed.
