Tommee Tippee snaps up Gro Company

Tommee Tippee owner Mayborn Group has snapped up the popular baby sleepwear brand Gro Company. The acquisition will see baby products such as Grobag, Groegg and Groclock rebranded as Tommee Tippee.

The company also plans to improve the design to promote better sleep for babies and parents.

“We are extremely excited with the expansion of the Tommee Tippee brand in Australia. Our ultimate goal is to support the rollercoaster ride of parenting by helping babies sleep safer, longer and better, so that mums and dads also get more sleep,” James Pickering, Mayborn Australia general manager said.

“Integrating with such a well-recognised brand like the Gro Company, which has over 170 awards across their range and over 18 years’ experience as pioneers in the baby sleep bag market, will help us achieve our mission of becoming the world’s most loved baby company.”
