OB Finest adds Sourdough Crispbreads to portfolio

Fine Food Holdings, a division of Gourmet Food, recently launched a range of OB Finest Sourdough Crispbreads from its greenfield manufacturing facility in Melbourne.

Crafted in small batches, the crispbreads have a distinctive sourdough flavour in across four varieties, Natural, Charcoal, Cranberry Infusion and Fig Infusion.

Gourmet Food CEO, Todd Wilson said the move to the Dandenong South site in the second half of last year has played a big part in supporting product innovation.

“By doubling our previous manufacturing capacity, we are now able to pursue further innovation, together with productivity enhancements, through continued investments in our people and site infrastructure,” he said.

“As an Australian manufacturer extensively using Australian ingredients, we wish to continue to maintain our innovative edge and, with this, the position of OB Finest as a national favourite in the Deli Cracker category.

“The OB Finest Sourdough Crispbread selection, we believe, will help do just that. It sits well alongside our other creative products in the premium OB Finest range. All are part of our ongoing commitment, to our retail customers and consumers alike, that we will continue to lead innovation in the deli cracker category.”

The OB Finest Sourdough Crispbreads are now available in the Deli sections at Coles and Woolworths as well as leading Independent Retailers and Specialty Delis.
