Queensland chefs Josh Lopez and Richard Ousby have launched signature Scenic Rim Farm Boxes offering a direct-to-consumer DIY-meal service.

Consumers at home now can create the chefs’ signature dishes using the same ingredients, delivered in a Scenic Rim Farm Box to their doorsteps across South East Queensland. Each box is holds two dinners.

Josh’s Scenic Rim Farm Box will include ingredients and recipes to create his beef cheek and dessert, which is made from Towri SaltBush Sheep cheese, rhubarb, macadamia and lavender. Two bottles of Witches Falls wines are included in the box to match with the dishes.

The Josh Lopez x Scenic Rim Farm Box will be available to order from Friday, July 24.

Richard Ousby’s box will have all the ingredients to create two separate dishes – Tomahawk Steak finished with a brown butter sauce and Potato Gnocchi. These are matched with The Overflow Estate 1895 Montepulciano.

Launched three months ago, Scenic Rim Farm Box offers fresh products and locally produced wine and beer directly delivered from the farms, vineyards and vats of the Scenic Rim.

Scenic Rim is an agricultural region situated on the doorstep of Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Both star chefs have spent a considerable amount of time working with farmers and growers there.
