Plant-based brand Fancy Plants has introduced a pudding range to Aussie supermarkets.

The Fancy Plants’ chilled snacks line up comprises three items – Silky Pot, Chia Pod and Vanilla Rice Pud.

While the Silky Pot product is available in two options, chocolate and caramel, the Chia Pod features three flavours – chocolate, vanilla and coconut.

CEO John Foss, said his goal when creating the brand was “to create delicious plant-based snacks with added nutritional benefits, making it easy for people to eat more plants”.

“We believe the more people we can get to join us on the plant side, the better it is for our health and the health of the planet,” he added.

Fancy Plants also partners with 1% for the Planet, contributing 1 per cent sales to environmental activities. The brand aims to receive B Corporation certification of “social and environmental performance” next year.
