Australian supermarket chain Ritchies IGA has launched a digital loyalty platform in partnership with TCC Global.
Ritchies’ loyalty mobile app will replace its existing loyalty program and focus on strengthening engagement both in and out of stores.
“The new Ritchies Loyalty platform is a significant step forward in how we do business and engage with our shoppers,” said Fred Harrison, CEO at Ritchies IGA. “It’s good for our customers and it’s good for our suppliers. Key is the ability we now have to better understand what our customers need and want.”
The new Ritchies loyalty platform includes a Digital Ritchies Card; offers and exclusive savings; interactive games, competitions; and the ability to nominate and support clubs, schools or charities through the Community Benefit program.
“Since 1993 we have distributed more than $50 million dollars to clubs, schools and charities – as chosen by our customers,” Harrison added. “With TCC’s help, we have created more opportunity for our customers and community groups to get involved.”
