Oak invites consumers to create new flavours

Oak has launched a digital gamified interactive promotion where consumers can make their own flavour mix of its milk drinks.

Called the Oak Flavour Generator, the concept invites people to make their own mix online, choosing from up to 20 flavours including bacon, toffee, lime, raspberry, apple, licorice, marshmallow, maple syrup, caramel and cheesecake.

Consumers can scan the QR code on any Oak Chocolate 600ml promotional milk carton in stores this month or visit a dedicated website. After creating their blend, they can name their flavour, personalise their carton, and tell Oak why it is their dream taste.

The dairy brand will produce three flavours for sale in stores nationwide later this year, with the inventors featuring on packs and in promotional materials.

All consumers can then vote online to select the best of the three flavours with the winning creator receiving $10,000 cash. Oak says the winning flavour will remain in its range.

Entries close February 7 with the finalists revealed on February 15 and voting to commence late April.
