My Muscle Chef introduces healthy fresh meals range

My Muscle Chef (MYMC) has rolled out six new healthy vegan-friendly meals for those on the keto diet. The company offers four low-carb options and all five meals are under 400 calories.

“When we started MYMC, our goal was to make it easier for Australians to live active lives. Our loyal customer feedback continues to shape new additions with all new meals prioritising low calorie, low fat, vegan-friendly options as requested by our MYMC community,” said co-founder, Tushar Menon.

MYMC’s new meals include Mongolian Beef with Asian Greens and Brown Rice and Chicken Biryani; Dukkah Chicken Salad with Lemon Tahini Dressing and Chicken and Chimichurri; Mayo with Pumpkin Mash and Green Beans; Lemongrass Turkey with Cauliflower and Quinoa Rice and Vegan Chicken Satay with Cauliflower and Quinoa Rice.

“MYMC is a step above other microwaved meals. Each option is packed with fibre and whole grains to nourish your body with those important daily nutrients, offering a sustainable solution to eat clean on the go,” said Ryan Pinto, MYMC head nutritionist and dietitian.

Protein Bites are vegan and gluten-free.

The food business also rolled out three new Protein Bites which have 7-8 grams of protein per serve and are vegan and gluten-free. The Choc Caramel Fudge is a low-carb, chewy caramel chunk of fudge while the Banana Bread and Chunky Choc Popcorn has banana chips and popcorn pieces. 

MYMC meals and Protein Bites are available online and in selected retail stores.
