Gourmet food producer Brookfarm has introduced a Prebiotic Wholefood Bar range featuring zinc.
Produced in Brookfarm’s Byron Bay bakehouse using only sustainably sourced natural ingredients, each bar contains almonds, coconut and premium seeds. Zinc gluconate is added to the blend in order to support the immune system and metabolic function.
Prebiotic Wholefood Bar with zinc consists of three flavours – Almond & Cinnamon; Chocolate, Almond & Coconut; and Salted Caramel & Almond.
“I wanted to take our popular prebiotic paleo granola blend to create a functional health snack that felt like an indulgent, comforting and moreish treat in the convenience of an on-the-go format”, said Pam Brook, co-founder of Brookfarm.
