Aussie dairy startup launches Farmers Beta A2 milk

Beta A2, a family-owned dairy company, has launched Farmers Beta A2 Premium Infant & Nutritional Toddler Milk.

Sourced from free-grazing Australian cows, the milk has no added colours, flavours or preservatives and zero sugar. The range contains DHA, ARA, omega fatty acids and prebiotics to help stimulate the growth of bacteria and minerals like iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium.

With the goal of supporting local farmers and creating family nutrition products, Beta A2 was born when Anthony Scarcella – a global exporter and fitness expert – recognised an opportunity in the Australian market. He partnered with Gill Burke and Mandy Agnew, who had farming experience, to produce a premium nutrition range for younger-generation Australians.

“We need to trust parents to make their own choices, support them with nutritional products, and let them continue with the challenging job of parenthood,” said Mandy Agnew, co-founder of Beta A2.  “We believe there’s no such thing as perfect when it comes to parenting, and that’s ok – being real is better (Beta).”

According to the company, besides helping farmers and creating a nutritional dairy product, Beta A2 also provides families with an Australian alternative in the category and helps promote suicide prevention in the rural areas by partnering with Rural Aid and donating 50c/tin to the cause.

The Farmers Beta A2 range is now available across the country at selected pharmacies and independent retailers.
