Blackmores launches into India, its 13th APAC market

Vitamins company Blackmores has launched into India, its 13th market in the Asia-Pacific region. Before expanding to traditional retail distribution in major cities, the company will first reach out to local consumers through partnerships with Amazon India other e-commerce platforms.

Founded in 1932, the company says the brand is backed by years of research and that its product range is specifically formulated for consumers to meet their specific needs, including any vegetarian requirements.

The initial products available include Shine Power D3 for bone health, Glucosogreen 1500 for joint health, Blue Light Defence for eye health, and CoQ10 for the heart.

“Blackmores is passionate about connecting people to the healing power of nature,” said Alastair Symington, CEO. “We choose the most nutrient-rich ingredients to ensure our products are high quality, efficacious and adhere to some of the most rigorous safety standards in the world.”

Blackmores says more products will be added to its range of products in India over the coming months.
