Confectioner Haigh’s Chocolates is offering Aussies a luxury advent calendar for this Christmas – a limited edition chest of drawers for $1075.
The advent chest features artisan chocolates, in each of the 24 drawers – one for each day from December 1 through 24. The chocolates are handmade and decorated with gold foil detail.
CEO Alister Haigh says the luxury advent calendar is created to deliver a lasting memory and an “ultimate tasting experience” for chocolate lovers.
The mini cabinet’s design suggests it can be repurposed after the chocolates are consumed, potentially as a jewellery box or for storing collectibles.
“For more than 100 years, Haigh’s Chocolates has been synonymous with premium quality, bean-to-bar chocolate,” said Haigh. “Our ongoing commitment to deliver first-class chocolate has seen us strive to create something truly memorable and distinct.”
Sourced from selected cocoa beans from around the world, Haigh’s Chocolate’s luxury range is a mix of limited-edition chocolate like the new 2021 Christmas Collection and Australian Single Origin Milk Chocolate along with other flavours including Milk Vodka Filled Spheres, Dark Whisky Filled Spheres and Milk Caramel Filled Biscuit.
