Hot sauce maker Truff is adding a new product – Black Truffle Oil – to its Australian lineup, without a hint of chilli.

According to Truff, the new sauce features black winter truffle and olive oil, and can be enjoyed with pizza, go-to pasta, roasted veggies or any other Aussie daily meal.

Truff said that this sauce is suitable for those who stay away from spice and who are seeking luxury and high-quality household condiments.

“Go-to pantry items don’t have to be boring,” said Steve Pirone, co-director of Truff Australia and New Zealand.

“We’re committed to continuously innovating and adding a sense of luxury to all of our customers’ kitchens – mostly with a kick, of course. Black Truffle Oil is the newest in our lineup of best-selling products, with the same distinct premium quality.”

Established in the US, Truff is becoming one of the growing companies in the local sauce market and aims to bring new ingredients and recipes, as well as more cooking experiences, to its customers.

Last November, the company launched a spicy ready-to-serve pasta sauce in Australia.

The Black Truffle Oil can be purchased via Truff’s website with an RRP of $39.95.
