Low Fodmap, allergy-free snack range Fodbods released

Australian brand Fodbods has launched a new gut-friendly and allergy-free snack product called Fodbods Nibbles.

Founder and creator Vanessa Hutchinson launched the company in 2019 when she could not find gut-friendly snack products in the market. She wanted to create a versatile and nutritious snack since many ready-to-go snacks either contain nuts or dairy which are not suitable for everyone.

“It is high in healthy fats and fibre, just a small amount will keep you feeling fuller for longer as well as aiding digestion,” she said. “They’re also perfect if you’re hosting guests because they cater to all dietary requirements and they’re a great addition to kids’ lunch boxes.”

The product is made from plant-based ingredients such as sunflower seeds, chia seeds and buckwheat flour and comes in 150g pouches. They are available in three flavours: Dark Chocolate, Ginger Spice and Rosemary Sea Salt. They are Fodmap diet-friendly and free from common allergens.

The brand also sells a range of Fodmap-friendly protein bars across 300 locations in Australia and New Zealand.

The Fodbods Nibbles retail for $7.95 and are sold through health food stores and online.
