Dan Murphy’s has opened its first alcohol-free bar in Hampton, Melbourne today – and we have pictures to show the experience that awaits.
The bar serves a menu of 30 zero alcohol drinks and boasts a collection of 200 zero alcohol products. Patrons can choose between beers on tap from local brews like Urban Alley Pale Ale and Mornington Free Pale Ale, 11 different wine brands by the glass and a range of cocktails and premix drinks.
Dan Murphy’s MD Alex Freudmann said Australians are embracing zero alcoholic beverages more than ever before.
“For those who are still hesitant, Zero% is the perfect place to discover what is undoubtedly the hottest drinks trend at the moment in a contemporary setting,” he said.
The business tripled its non-alcohol product range last year with the category now competing with aperitifs and international craft beers sales.
The Zero% bar pop-up will be open every day until the end of June.
