Mckenzie’s Foods has rolled out a fast cooking pulse range called Pulse Plus across supermarkets nationwide.
The new range tops the brand’s existing collection of grains, legumes and easy-to-use fast cooking products.
The selection includes Lentils + Medium grain rice, Lentils + Brown rice and Peas + Long grain rice.
According to the brand, the 350g pack cooks for under 30 minutes and does not require overnight soaking. The mix can be used in soups, stews, salads, sides or tray-bakes.
The range retails for $3.30 and can be found in the soup aisle at Coles supermarkets.
