Slendier unveils Instant Soybean Noodles range

Health food company Slendier has rolled out an instant noodles range made from soybean with authentic seasoning.

The new vegan meal alternative is available in two flavours: Masala and Tom Yum, with a third flavour yet to come, Vegetable Ramen. The noodles are low in calories and carbs and free from chemicals, artificial flavours or oils.

The brand says the flavour comes from real vegetables that have been washed, dried and ground into a fine powder.

Erica Hughes, MD of Slendier, said the new range is a perfect “guilt-free” snack or meal on the run.

“At Slendier, we identified a gap in the market to offer people the same convenience, without the nasties. The range has twice as much protein, half as much fat and a third fewer calories when compared to other instant noodles on the supermarket shelves,” she said.

The instant noodles retail for $5.25 each and are available online and from Woolworths’ health food aisles.
