Coopers revamps its imagery on International Beer Day

Independent family-owned brewery Coopers has unveiled a new look to its core packaging for the first time in 20 years.

The updated livery features a refreshed Coopers roundel with a modern and clear design for its portfolio of ales and stouts.

Kate Dowd, Coopers’ national marketing manager, said the new design has been “carefully developed” to please brand loyalists while also accommodating new drinkers.

“The refresh brings overall consistency to the Coopers ale range and has been designed to stand out on shelves, making it easier for our fans to spot their favourite brew,” said Dowd.

Meanwhile, to minimise weight, the brand’s 750ml longneck range will also be packaged in an improved bottle format. Coopers’ lager products such as Dry and Premium Light have not undergone any changes.

Products with the updated packaging will be available across the country from liquor stores and licensed premises from next month.
