Dips maker Yumi has launched new cafe-style breakfast fritters exclusively available in Coles supermarkets nationwide.

Available in two varieties – Sweet Corn and Thai Spiced – the new fritters aim to bring speedy cafe-style breakfasts to homes, the company says, with a “pack-to-plate” time of 30 seconds via Microwave or 90 seconds pan-fried.

The Sweetcorn flavour combines carrot, sweetcorn, chickpeas, chives, coriander, and red capsicum, while the Thai Spiced features sweet potato, pumpkin, chickpea, lemongrass, ginger, capsicum, and turmeric.

“Mid-week breakfasts are often a time challenge for even the most organised households,” said Susan Booker, head of product innovation, Yumi.

“Our new breakfast fritters can go from pack to plate quicker than cereal, which makes them a great choice for nutrition-conscious families.”

Yumi’s fritter range is available in Coles supermarkets nationwide at RRP$6.50.
