In support of more mindful consumption this coming festivities, Italian spirits maker Martini has introduced a new range of non-alcoholic Apertivo and 0-per-cent sparkling beverages.

The liquor brand said it has worked with its master blenders to create the same full-flavoured, Italian-style Aperitifs and Sparkling – sans the alcohol.

“Martini non-alcoholic Aperitivo and Dolce 0.0 Sparkling Beverage allow people to discover a new way to host and celebrate with friends yearlong while also adopting a more mindful approach to drinking,” said Aaron Daniel, senior brand manager at Martini.

The non-alcoholic Apertivo range is available in two flavours: Floreale, which contains a light botanical flavour profile with notes of Roman Chamomile; and Vibrante, which offers a fruity, balanced option with notes of Italian Bergamot Oranges. Both drinks contain an ABV of less than 0.5 per cent.

Martini Dolce 0.0, the winery’s zero-alcohol sparkling drink,  is said to be made from a “heightened desire” for mindful cocktails and the recent rise in sober-curious consumers. It presents notes of apple, citrus, and pear with fruity and aromatic notes of Moscato.

Both variants are gluten-free and contain no artificial flavours.

“We’re so excited to offer a refreshing and sophisticated alternative for time best shared with those that matter most and for consumers not looking to consume alcohol,” Daniel added.
