Convenience retailer OTR is set to acquire Puma branded service stations from Chevron Australia Downstream in the NT and northern WA.

Mogas Regional, which is owned and operated by the Peregrine Corporation group (OTR’s parent), will also acquire petroleum distributor Directhaul and its related commercial supply and haulage business assets.

According to the agreement, the company will work closely with Chevron Australia Downstream to distribute its products to patrons in the NT. The sale is expected to be completed by March.

OTR operates more than 180 stores across metropolitan and regional areas in SA, Victoria, Tasmania, and WA.
