That’s Amore Cheese has launched its Giorgio’s artisan cheese range in Australia, exclusively at Coles in NSW, Queensland, Victoria, and Tasmania.

Named after the company’s founder Giorgio Linguanti, the Italian-inspired artisan cheeses are made with Australian farm-fresh milk.

The range comes in six variants, namely bocconcini, baby bocconcini, buffalo mozzarella, burrata, fior di latte, and mozzarella.

The company says its cheeses are halal-certified and are suitable for vegetarians.

Giorgio’s small batch artisan cheeses start at $6.50.
