The Aussie dollar continues to rise against the greenback.
The Australian dollar had pulled back a little from earlier in the session and was trading at 71.35 US cents at 1030 AEST, slightly higher than the 71.34 US cents at Wednesday’s close.
One AUD buys 74.49 Japanese yen; 62.05 euro cents, from 61.66 cents; 56.38 British pence and 107.36 NZ cents.
