Woolworths has expanded its contactless Drive Thru service in Victoria.
Launched in approximately 30 stores in the state, Woolworths’ contactless Drive Thru service allows customers to place orders online and have the store’s personal shoppers pick them.
“The needs of our customers are changing in the pandemic, and so is the way we serve them,” said Andrew Hall, GM at Woolworths Victoria. “It’s a great option for those with mobility challenges and anyone looking to limit their outings due to Covid-19.”
The service is now available in more than 100 stores across Victoria. The company said it will roll out dozens more in the weeks ahead.
Customers can place orders through Woolworths’ website with a minimum value of $30. Orders placed before 1pm can be picked up within the same day. Orders placed after 1pm can be picked up any time the next day.
