Listed New Zealand-based skincare brand Me Today has raised its earnings guidance following growth and “strong international opportunities”.
It comes before the NZX-listed company releases its full-year financial performance. Within this, it said gross revenue is set to be higher, and the decline in EBITDA is expected to be lower than previous guidance.
The company said growth in New Zealand precedes potential international expansion. “Two of the Me Today co-founders recently returned from SE Asia and China where they attended events showcasing the Me Today brand,” the company told investors.
“In Malaysia, Me Today launched at the second-anniversary event of its distributor. Michael Kerr and Stephen Sinclair shared the story behind the brand and introduced the initial product portfolio to more than 600 influencers and reseller partners.
“Product has been shipped into Southeast Asia ahead of launch, with nine products now available for sale in market.”
The brand also exhibited to around 100,000 buyers at the Children, Baby and Maternity Expo in Shanghai.
In New Zealand, Me Today said it plans to launch a further 20 products by the end of the year.
