The Australian dollar has risen on Monday morning. The dollar was buying 63.87 US cents at 0800 AEST, up from 63.56 US cents at Friday’s close.
One Australian dollar also buys 68.65 Japanese yen; 58.98 euro cents; 51.62 British pence and 106.34 NZ cents.
