Olina’s Bakehouse has unveiled a new range of artisanal crispbreads created in Victoria.
The crispbreads are made with wholemeal ingredients such as sprouted seeds and crunchy grains and oven-baked without artificial colours or flavours.
The Swedish Round Crispbread is slow-baked, boasts a 4-4.5 health star rating and comes in three flavours: Wholemeal poppy seed, Wholemeal sourdough and Everything Seed.
The Just Sprouted Seeded Crispbread is made from sprouted seeds and is baked in small batches to develop a crispy, nutty flavour. It has a 5-star health rating and comes in two flavours – Rye with Sprouted Sunflower Seed & Ancient Grains and Wholemeal with Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds.
The Artisan Crispbread range is dubbed a ‘hunger buster powerhouse’ and has a 4-4.5 health star rating. It comes in three flavours: Black Olive and Italian Herb Made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Vine-ripened Tomatoes, Whole Seed which contains a variety of seeds such as linseeds, sunflower, pumpkin and poppy seeds, and Fruit & Chia, a sweet crispbread with fruits and whole grains.
The range retails for $5 and can be found in Woolworths stores across Australia.
