Biocheese rolls out six plant-based alt-cheese variants

Biocheese has introduced six new plant-based cheese variants in New Zealand to celebrate World Vegan Day.

The range includes mozzarella, cheddar, feta, cream cheese, and a cheese-and-crackers snack pack. It is primarily made from coconut oil and is dairy-free, vegan-friendly, vegetarian, gluten-free, soy-free, lactose-free, palm oil-free, and GMO-free.

According to CEO Vicky Pappas, the product allows consumers to enjoy foods they love without having to worry about allergies. 

“We are passionate about creating cheese alternatives that are not only delicious but also ethical and sustainable,” said Pappas.

Biocheese is available in Woolworths stores in Australia and New Zealand.
