Solomons Gold has introduced a range of three-in-one chocolate swirls that are advertised as ‘ideal’ for home baking, hot chocolate and snacking.
The product contains 58 per cent cacao, is vegan and is free of dairy, nuts, and soy.
“With the chocolate world in chaos due to cacao shortages and prices skyrocketing, we are very fortunate to have no cacao bean supply issues,” said Sydney-based director Sarah Frydman.
“This is due to our unique vertically operated business model and our close partnerships with our growers in the Solomon Islands. We can see that the price gap between our premium high-quality chocolate vs lower-quality chocolate has narrowed dramatically.”
Solomons Gold’s bar range can be found in Woolworths, WH Smith and independent retailers in Australia.
Additionally, Solomons Gold was named ‘best vegan chocolate’ for its Dark Orange bar at the recent Nourish awards in London, and it also received other accolades this year from the Free-From Food Awards and Great Taste Awards in the UK.
